Badminton ....
... was hell. LOL JK. It wasn't that bad. Maybe because we only had 1 hour and 30 minutes to play. Well we started off running for 10 minutes, with sprints. And the we introduced ourselves, and talked about our goals. After we did conditioning/drills. We did shufflebacks, karaokes, lunges, and a lot more foot work. The we did skies, and push ups after. We didn't have enough time to do the other conditions, but overall, it was pretty good.
Most of the time, I didn't talk to anyone, because I didn't want to waste energy. Thats how I am when I exercise. I usually just keep to myself. Even though everyone was complaining that their legs were aching, I'm only aching around my spine area. I don't even know why its aching. TT___TT.
Well tomorrow, I have tennis and badminton, so the times to play are pretty much split in half. Coach Tang said that if we're late, he'll make us run a lot. I don't think he'll make me run because I told him I have tennis.
My mommy made KBBQ ! WOOOT ! Time to munch !
